Moon Palace Jamaica – All Inclusive

It was our first time there check in wasn't that great because we had one reservation with two rooms they wanted to put us on different floors we're one household with children. But they changed it to the same floor down the hall from each other, but my sister had to wait almost 5hrs for her room to be ready. The food was good lots of choices something for everyone the only problem is that there's a lot of MSG was bloated after every meal. The Staff was great the whole stay. They make you feel welcome. It was my birthday the last night there and Tashara went above on beyond to make it special for me she also made us feel so welcome at every meal with great conversation and service she's a great person. The rooms were great cleaned daily small problem with getting the mini bar restocked. We did the dolphin meet excursion great experience but a little pricey and Don's River falls excursion was excellent the kids loved it. The crew made the day amazing and entertaining both ways Overall it was a great trip and we will definitely recommend the Moon Palace and we look forward to visiting again.
