Unrecognized charges after stay. Didn’t touch anything in the bar, still get charged.

We thought the room was comfortable. The rooftop was nice. But sometime difficult to get a bed. Disappointed that the roof was closed all day on the Wednesday. Also not happy that there was no concierge on duty on the Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. That was most of our stay. Tried to ask the front desk people but they had no answers to our questions. The girl in the W hotel was much more helpful about things to do than anyone at the Dream Hollywood.

The hotel was spacious & offered many amenities. I am impressed by their gym & the roof top area. Plenty of food & entertainment options in walking distance.The Staff was helpful. Valet only. Much to explore in & around this place.

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. However the bar on the top floor let us sit and wait for nearly twenty minutes without as much as a hello or would you like a menu. lt was very hard to sleep with the amount of yelling coming from the hallways and room next door which lasted from 12 midnight to a little after 3 am

Great hotel right in the heart of Hollywood. Has a hip, clean and modern look. Nice amenities like an awesome rooftop pool and better than average fitness center. We had only two small complaints: our basic room felt a little small and claustrophobic as well as coffee not being available until 7:30 am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
