Villa Aruch

Great apartment where you can take care of everything by yourself. For 4 adults we got 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, with nice small kitchen and espresso machine. The design is unique and give you feeling of home more than hotel. There is also shared space (for all apartments) with sofa, books and a little food (cookies and cake). You should know that the city center is far, but 5 minutes walk from the villa there is a bus which will take you directly into the center (20 minutes).

This place was more than a hotel. It was an apartment that we could have lived in if it was closer to the downtown. Owners (and Irene) were friendly and ready to help. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. And a beautiful yard in which to sit, drink wine, and watch the bunnies.

Really nice little room. Very clean and comfortable with kitchen and TV. Cool shared garden area. The lady at reception was helpful. It's possible to walk to the airport in 20 minutes but not pleasant or convenient as it's along main roads

The hotel was very unique. Friendly staff and great location to the airport and easy access by bus to downtown Florence.

Nobody on night duty key was supposed to be in outside lock up. We arrived at 1:30 am from London. Key did Not fit room. So slept in stairway until 7 am. Then had to present passports at 8. No sleep. No refunds & apologies minimal. No nesrby taxi or restaurant so canceled 2nd reservation!!!!
