Price is very high for the rundown condition of the property, and noisy neighborhood and tent city nearby.

Property was great. Simple. Convenient to everything in Venice. Including the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place to stay at. Cute and super comfortable i felt like i was back home. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Venice.

4 blocks from Venice Beach. 20-30 min walk to Santa Monica Pier. Scooters and bikes to rent close by. Cozy and cute condo with everything one needs.

The apartment was perfection - really clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The complex itself was really clean and felt very secure with key codes for the main gates and a separate one for the apartment. It also is on a street that has many bus routes so we found it extremely easy to get around the area

Very clean and pristine accommodation. Great location to Venice beach area. Lawrence was quick to respond to any my questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is very charming and comfortable. The location is great :) The only little inconvenience was that the door was hard to open and close, the wood seems to be thicker on the top part of the door which makes it difficult to open and close the door. But overall we had an excellent time, the place was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Insect filled nest! I travel a lot for work and pleasure, this is by far the worst place I have stayed at. After the first night stay, the place had around 100 insects in the living room and bed room. The worst part was management is really rude and not truthful. I sent them many pictures and videos with the insects. First they said, they can't do anything and can only send someone at 9am next day to check & clean. We ofcourse couldn't sleep the whole night and mostly stay awake on the couch. No one came next day! I asked for my refund and they kept saying owner is in the plane. They kept on coming up with new excuses and never had basic decency that we suffered so much while staying at their property. Anyhow don't stay at this place if you don't want to ruin your trip!
