Amazing service

Pleasant staff & site manager, good price slloed me to check in early had traveled all night . A will stay again hotel . Quiet. Room was clean ..only 3 things could have improvements tub stains. Ceiling cracks over the rub like h20 damage & couch/ top quilt cover was worn & holes .

It was nice, great price , for a 1 night ( or 2 ) stay

Very dirty. Cobwebs and dirt in corners. Hair on bathroom floor. Bad tile and caulking in shower. Side chair next to bed had lots of disgusting stains on it.

Older motel but upgraded ok stay

I had requested non smoking for both of our rooms I myself have asthma and request especially non smoking tommy surprise I go inside and the whole room 137 smelled like a room that someone smokes daily! Went to the second room 139 omg to my surprise stinking soooooooo bad with cigarette smoke.... Horrible.....

Clean updated rooms,great service.

Well, the checkout time is 11am. I contacted front desk asking for 30 minutes to an hour because I overslept. The gentleman said "No, we need the room maybe 10 minutes". 7 minutes later someone is knocking on the door and I was getting dressed. I have stayed at Red Roofs for the past 15 years and this has never happened. I won't stay there again, period!

Has nice rooms and great price- but had to check out each day then check in again after 3 if staying another night. Very inconvenient.

Great room for the price. Did you know pets are allowed?! Next time I might consider staying there again. There was a small hairball near the sink but other than that no complaints. When the blinds are fully closed there’s a gap where you can see in from the outside and it points directly at the bed which was wierd but it was one night so I didn’t think much of it but I wouldn’t like that for a longer stay. Front desk guy was nice and helpful too.
