Flexstay Inn Shinagawa

Clean, friendly & helpful staff, not the most convenient location but it is affordable & walkable distance for our family.

Very close to two train stations, very nice area.

1. Such deal is incredibly affordable in Tokyo! 2. Staff are always willing to help and would offer alternatives if things requested are not available 3. Location isn't favorable but its next to the station to connect to the hub, Shinagawa 4. One microwave oven and some cooking utensils are available 5. No elevator in the hotel so you might need to carry your suitcase to go up (if you are assignd a 2nd floor room) 6. Checkout is quite early, 10:00 7. Rooms are limited so make your reservation asap 8. Personal touch: one in-room charger for your phone is available! 9. There is no sink in the toilet but it's okay for me (there is one next to the cooking area if you insist) 10. I will definitely come back again when I visit Tokyo!

Good stay (1 day business). Good location. Fair initial experience with Hotel.com. All facilities are present. However, the room was SMOKING ROOM and the smell was too bad for me. Also, Cleaning could be much better. I recommend this hotel, but please, take care during your reservation.

Having stayed here before, it is still the first place I look to when visiting Tokyo. The location is key and the rooms, whilst compact, have everything you could ever need. The staff are helpful and there is a coin laundry. If you don't feel like walking then it's only 730Yen from the station in a taxi. The price is at the top end of what I would pay for a room of this kind.
