Kore Tulum Retreat and Spa Resort -Adults Only-All Inclusive

I had a wonderful time at Kore. The hotel has amazing views. Food and drinks were great! They offer u Tequila ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Naomi and her partner at the swim up pool bar were top notch severs with superb customer service! Brush up on ur Spanish verbiage bcs very view staff understand English.

Excellent location and beautiful rooms and grounds. The staff was friendly and the resort was clean and well maintained. They spoke good English, which was extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Room service was convenient and quickly delivered. We enjoyed our time so much that we plan to come back again with our friends.

My friend and I paid over 400$ per night each for our rooms and there was little to no hot water. They said they were having a problem with the pipes and during the 5 nights I stayed the water was decently warm on the last night. The gym has super outdated equipment and like 4 workout machines. The food was alright but not nearly as good as some of the other places we went to that were cheaper. For the price a lot of things could have been better. The hotel needs to go through a renovation to update all the pipings and other internal infrastructure.

No way this is a 5 star resort. I feel like my wife and I got scammed. There is absolutely no beach at this resort. Says there is 2 restaurants open when there is one. Moldy shower mats, dirty tubs and waitstaff that don’t even know their own menu. All inclusive says premium drinks. Well that’s a joke. I’ve seen a better selection for booze at the homeless camp under the bridge. We only ate breakfast here because the food was so bad. I’m definitely doing you guys a favor and telling you DON NOT STAY HERE!

The rooms are big. The public bathrooms need upgrading. Service was slow. No premium liquors. No beach just rocky cliffs. Chaise loungers need an upgrade. Food is decent. Wi-fi sucks. No enough plugs for all the tech. Lighting is horrible.

What a trip. The staff. The resort. Everything was amazing. Freddy at the pool bar and Sergio at the inside bar are two of the nicest people. It truly was the best experience. Must go resort.

Kore Tulum is absolutely beautiful - very serene. It would be difficult to surpass the view of the ocean that this resort offers. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. In this covid environment, there was no entertainment, which I would have loved, and only 1 dining room was open. Other than that, my stay was excellent!

I didn’t like that we could not use the beach. Room was dated and not clean. Jacuzzi was dirty.

Centrally located between the village, public beaches, and ruins. Free on-site parking. Free bicycle rental. COVID-19 temperature screening. Free daily morning yoga/stretching session. All inclusive option includes all meals, room service, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Main pool has a swim up bar. 4 small jacuzzi near main pool. Cabañas available away from the pool area. Daily afternoon water aerobics and volleyball in the pool. No direct access to beach - recommend to take free bicycle to Playa Paraíso - 10min bike ride. Food menu is the same for breakfast and lunch. Dinner menu varies daily. Menu is a la carte - no buffet aside from mini cereal boxes, yogurt and fruit. No top shelf liquor. Spa available at additional cost. Every Saturday night there is performance by the pool. Free Wifi available in Galería Bar which extends to the pool area and some rooms. Room has a king size bed, TV, mini fridge with soda and water, jacuzzi, double sink, closet, safe, standing shower. Overall great hotel! Would def return.

OK so the actual hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it’s kept very neatly however you should know that there’s no access to the beach on the actual property furthermore the food is not so great even worse they served us raw steak not once but twice they also got nasty with us as if it was our fault part of the problem is none of them speak any English which station fix that we also had a power outage while we were there took them seven hours to repair on the other hand room service was really fast And it was nice that you’re able to use both the pool and the gym during the Covid you also can play volleyball and work out in the pool and there’s a girl that does yoga I got a massage at the spa it was probably one of the best massage ever gotten my life and very affordable so all in all I wanna say this hotel is 4 stars.Just a tip if you go see the ruins by the hotel do not listen to the man who will try and sell you a ticket for 70 bucks to skip the line and go on the boat we didn’t skip any line there was no one online LOL we got ripped off another thing if you’re going to do snorkeling how are you doing go to the Paradiso beach and book it directly there we only paid $30 a person which was a big difference compared to the hotels company wanting 120 LOL
