Hotel Vestibul Palace

We stayed only one night in the annex but it is situated in the lovely old pedestrianised area of the town. Only one problem was the steep stone steps to the entrance which we weren’t aware of but the staff were excellent and carried all our bags straight from the nearest taxi access point to our rooms and all the way to our cruise boat the following morning. The breakfast in the annex was fairly basic but the recommendation for dinner in a local restaurant was memorable. The bedrooms were small but had every comfort.

Incredible architecture and amazing place- stayed another night!

Hotel was nicely situated within the old town. Staff was excellent - terrific communication attentive to our needs. Complimentary breakfast was well prepared. We were lucky, as there was a small concert right next to the hotel, when we checked in. Enjoyed a glass of wine and the show! Would return to same property again and again.

Perfect location to explore Split. Friendly and helpful staff. Historic building with modern amenities. Ask for the tour guide at the front desk. Really good breakfast with lots of choices. The people that left bad reviews complained about it being overcrowded, but it is a popular place. Same people probably complained that it was too hot to see the Pyramids in Giza.. The hotel itself is awesome.

Heart of old town. Was a 2 story apartment which was not the greatest for a toddler. Hard to get to the hotel and check-in is sort of a pain with a car. Great location though and great staff.
