Service was really poor.I was there with my wife before 2PM and they didn’t check us in untill 5PM.I showed them booking confirmation email and they kept us waiting.They ruined our full day.

Lovely rooftop bar, didn’t do it justice having only visited once, fabulous views

Worst hotel I’ve been to my whole life. I paid for my 11 nights booking fully before checking in and little did I know for the surprise that had been waiting for me. When we came to check in at night, hotel manager kept insisting that I pay $100 more “in order to get better view rooms” all though I kept telling him that I do not need that which he later rudely said “okay lady I don’t think you understand english” No sir, I speak english fluently I just don’t need you to rip me off at 2 am when we’re all tired and I just want our room cards. Rooms were dirty, there was a blood stain on one of the bed sheets, stains everywhere and wifi doesn’t work at all; we had to sit on the hallway in order to get a wifi connection. Staff at the restaurant were extremely rude. We had other family members who were staying at the hotel next to us and they would visit us at our rooms sometimes. Night manager kicked my uncle (violently pushing him) out of the hotel saying no visitors are allowed at night even though he showed him his ID that he’s a family member. Ruined our Istanbul trip. I’d give this hotel 0/10.
