It is steal or what...!!!
Terrible...
This is a steal or what!!!this is the letter i wrote;
Dear Iza,
Thank you for your email and informing me of your policy.
As I previously explained I have had to postpone my travel to London simply because we have not received our passports back from the British Consulate General Istanbul on time. I however informed you about this amendment before my booking starts in your hotel and naturally expected to move my check-in date to following days.
In the meantime I went through your website which clearly says -you can manage and amend your booking- which also didn’t work at all. I understand your policy and expect the same level of understanding from your side in my extenuating circumstance.
I am a business who frequently travels around the world, visited many countries so far and never came across such an uncacceptable situtaion before. So I surely bring this case to the attention of British Travel Authority (BTA) and all other major UK and Turkish business and official bodies with full commitment. I will also announce this in major social media channels laudly saying that I am in position of being robbed!

Unfortunately we are not able to make any amendments or cancelation on The booking since it is under a saver rate, which is non refundable or non amandable...
