Fersal Hotel Neptune Makati

Check-in was good with pleasant staff. Our room was spacious, with a small table and two chairs, large shower, wardrobes and drawers. The bed was kingsized and suitable for tall ppl like me. We had opted for breakfast to be included but were a bit disappointed with plastic cutlery and cardboard box delivery, tho one day we did get ceramic plates. Location is good - close to night-life, malls, eateries etc. Water was provided on each floor by dispenser. Our first room had no daylight, however we asked and moved to a large window room.

There are many ants in the room, probably for lack of proper cleaning.

Friendly staff, great location. Very loud air conditioner I found it difficult to sleep, and also very surprised there was no toilet shower! In Asia!

This hotel is located opposite the Trump Tower/Hotel in Makati. The hotel is boutique with friendly service. Great staff who are always happy to great you. The room is basic but that is all I need.
