Senses Boutique Hotel

The service people were excellent considering the hardships they had to endure because of the policial situation in the country. They were cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and cool. It is too bad that the restaurant downstairs or the corridors leading to rooms cannot be airconditioned because of building design. Overall I had a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Very old property. Toilet water came out at the bottom. Had to switch rooms. You could hear everything from the other rooms. Loud all the time do to non existent insulation. No heating and it was winter ;(. Do not recommend!

A little noisy during the night but overall pretty good.

It was a charming hotel with a vintageretro touch.

I was in Santa Cruz for a family event. It was great to be steps from the central Plaza and Cathedral. Staff was welcoming and responsive: willing to go the extra mile. The room was bright and clean, with a spacious and equally clean bathroom. Breakfast was included, served until 10 am. The offering included cereals, local baked goods (cuñapé, for this in the know) fruit, cold meat and cheese, and omelets made to order. I've attached a photo taken from the breakfast room, looking out onto the plaza. There's a restaurant on the street level, too. We had a couple of late dinners. There's a night club on the roof level with very good views, but we didn't get to do more than check it out after hours late one night. It seems to have a pool and some kind of health club or spa. WiFi was available, but occasionally temperamental. I think it's up to local standards, though. All in all, very comfortable, very convenient. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location just off the Santa Cruz main square.

It was an amazing experience. The friendly staff was very attentive and friendly during my stay. The location of this hotel is amazing and the views at night from the terraza are so beautiful.
