TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

This hotel was amazing. From them greeting you with a glass of champagne while you check in to the ride and assistance they give you to your room and back for check out. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, we had a problem getting the tv to work but our helper for room 6601 on 03/20/2021 was amazing and got it to work once we told her about our problem. Definitely worth the trip and we will be coming back here every time we go to Cancun! 👌

We would have never booked this stay if we had known there would only be 2 out of 14 restaurants open every day (rotating). Extremely disappointing stay and this was our 2nd time. The service was horrible. How bad? We weren't asked how our stay was while checking out. Food was lousy and bland. I'm even angrier that I redeemed a bunch of free nights for the experience. Never again.

We were excited to get away to a room with private pool. However, the patio was full of animal poop when we arrived. They did sweep it off the next day. The mini bar also had an open bottle of orange soda dranked out of and placed back in the fridge. During these times of Covid I was disgusted. Check-in is 3 pm however the restaurant requires a reservation each night be placed by 3pm .So on our first night, we were turned away by Jess rudely because we did not have a reservation.We were finally seated after 30-45 mins.They only have one alternatining restaurant open nightly. We left this resort and went to a larger resort Where we paid less received more personal service delious food .Positive note drinks were good pool staff were nice.

It was a an amazing and beautiful place. Great food, awesome pools and beaches. Definitely thinking of our next trip there already.

The service was exceptional. Our butlers Mermo, and Jessica were amazing and met every need we had. From the restaurants to the pool bars, to housekeeping, the staff at TRS were amazing.

Excellent stay at this resort! I would def recommend. Exceptionally clean! Amazing amenities and staff! Room service wasn't the best, but food at the restaurants were great!

My wife and I LOVED our stay at TRS for our honeymoon. We had incredible service from our butlers Erick and Victor as well as the waitstaff at each restaurant. We can't thank the staff enough for making this a memorable trip for us and we will definitely be back!! Not to mention the VIEWS from the pool are insanely beautiful.

We loved our stay here! The resort is HUGE and has lots of activities, restaurants, bars, and amenities. There are golf cart rides that can take you wherever you need to go. All of the food was delicious and the views were beautiful. There was a fair amount of wildlife on the property including a lot of iguanas, lizards, some raccoons, and unfortunately mosquitoes at night. They had bug spray at all of the restaurants though. The hydrotherapy at the spa is a must! Everything was wonderful, and my only complaints would be that I couldn’t do everything due to covid and it was a little far from the airport. I felt very safe here in terms of covid though. All staff was wearing masks, guests wore masks in public spaces (aside from the pool, beach, eating, etc) and there weren’t a ton of people there so we were normally spaced out. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and I would recommend this resort to anybody looking for a relaxing, beautiful vacation!

We had a marvelous time at TRS. The resort and staff were in the Christmas spirit and it made the trip all the more special. Our Butler’s lliane, Erick, Victor and Reyna were magnificent!! They made sure we had dinner reservations, massage services , birthday decorations/ greetings , and romantic dinner . The hostess at Helios was super a delight , ivonne and arreli. We have no complaints !

Spent three nights at the TRS, originally had a plan for 5 nights.. and I am glad that I shortened our stay. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, they are extremely understaffed. Guillermo, our butler, went above and beyond and was so helpful. Guillermo deserves a raise!! He would bring us water bottles and fixed our tv when the system crashed. Thank you Guillermo! Also I would like to thank the manager, Betty, for helping us out of a situation and being so kind as to see that our transportation needs were met. Betty came to our room, had a conversation with us and explained how she was going to help. That is great customer service! As for the food, it leaves a lot to be desired. Although my birthday cake was delicious, the a la carte plates were bland and inconsistent. As far as all inclusive goes, I’m not sure if I want to visit another resort with such limited food options. Room service was a great option and the staff provided the best service they could, from the person calling to confirm the order to the people bringing the order to our room, thank you! TRS, hire more staff, your employees work hard and definitely deserve help!
