Good location, friendly staff, but not very communicative. For a smokers room without being offered an alternative.

Not welcoming Run down Facing to construction 🚧 side I ask to the staff he said you check in one hour ago I can’t do anything even I stay only that hotel less then 12 hours I already booked for hotel Just stay emergency because we where tired No air conditioner in the room Shampoo only small two Packet I ask for other one I told them I’m staying because I’m far away from my other hotel they just hand over the room card and I have to look where was the elevators Overall Please try to help someone If someone walk in to your property No welcome package

Location near the train station, on a busy road, with construction site nearby, so it can be noisy, particularly when the air-conditioning is not working well, as was the case when we stayed -- awful! either a hot room or a noisy bright room! The hotel is clearly old, but reasonably clean and bright. Good value, if the A/C is working -- be sure to ask before you check in.

The rest room is not clean enough. No tissue refill after the room tidy up in the morning

It's the worst hotel I ever see the location it's great but the stuff it's terrible the room it's very poor I booked for 3 people including my daughter they give me two twin bed for all of us no extra pellow or sheets or anything the breakfast it's zero I don't know why they charge me for it .no fresh food at all the bread it's old the croissant old I never see a hotel like this one it's shame for the money they charge the guest me I didn't finish my stay I booked 3night but I stayed only one night I did Early check out .

Booked a one night stay as I was flying early in the morning but the receptionist made it quite difficult for us to obtain the room as we were newlyweds. When asked to be reimbursed for the room he completely ignored my request, telling me that I booked the room through hotels.com Luckily someone else working at the reception was extremely professional and eventually gave us the room. The room was clean, great for a short stay. The area is lovely, close to the beach......

The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. I dont think the hotel conditions especially the rooms fit in the 3 star category. Needs a lot of work to make the stay enjoyable.

Location , walking distance from train station the malls and of course the beach
