Deminka Palace

First time in Prague and we loved it. Reception staff at the Deminka Palace were warm, welcoming and helpful and the room we stayed in was simply furnished and clean. Please note that due to the age of the building there is no air conditioning in the rooms, although a fan was provided. It did get very hot at night. The hotel is near to the museum and a short walk to Wenceslas Square where you can walk on and into the Old Town in around 15-20 minutes.

Not satisfied at all. Hotel and entrance look so fancy! I really liked it! But Uncomfortable bed, destroyed shower and unwillingness to solve problem with receptionist totally changed my view of that hotel. Next time I would choose different hotel.

I was only there for one night with my two young children before heading to the airport early the next morning. The receptionists that we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice. We were happy to find an oscillating fan in the room since the temperature was quite high. We also used the airport shuttle which was very efficient and the driver very courteous.
