Hahn Apartment Vienna City

I would not stay here again. The location is good and the room was ok, but the safe didn't work, there wasn't enough washing-up liquid provided, and the bins were not changed. I know the only cleaning is done after the stay but for somewhere that allows self-catering and cooking, not emptying the bins during the time isn't great. The shower broke but was quickly fixed. However, the city tax collection was a very poor service. It was said I needed to leave money for it when I left which I was prepared to do. The checkout time was 10am, but from 7.30am onwards I had a woman knocking on my door fairly consistently. When I eventually chose to answer this at about 9am she demanded the money and said she needed it now. I didn't think this was a sensible system and it was disruptive.

Just a couple stops away from the main city! Pretty much the same as Airbnb style, no one really there for you, you receive the key via the safe deposit box. Apartment itself is very spacious with good ventilation..

We stayed in apartment 31, third floor. The apartment above us must have had kids staying/living because we were some banging for a very short while. This was the only negative point of staying here. The apartment was clean. shower was powerful, living/sleeping area spacious. The kitchen/entry is perfect for a small meal. There is also a fridge.

Awesome. Everything is near by. The only minor incident was that though the check out was at 11:00 People were trying to get into the apartment before 10:00 AM.

Very nice. Key access was easy. Only downside was the heating. It was a cold day and it had been turned almost all the way off. Otherwise, I would go back again.
