great location & beach!
This was our second visit to Puerto Vallarta and we chose to stay at this hotel again! Everyone on the staff is incredibly nice. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Our only wish is that they would provide more food options for vegetarians in their restaurants / buffet.

We loved this hotel! Great views, comfy beds, great food and service! Pedro in the buffet restaurant took extra-special care of us! The guys out by the pool were wonderful, especially Victor, Humberto, Santiago and Mario! Alexander has a wealth of information about the town. And Gabriel took great care of our room, always spotless with his attention to detail! Thank you for a lovely visit!

The hotel great location close to downtown 20 minute walk, food was okay in buffet but nothing special the reservation restaurant was out standing great food and service.The all inclusive package was well worth it.Only complaint was the 3am to 4am drunk people going back to their rooms was not nice at all.No respect for people that want to sleep or do excursions the next day and feel rested.

The hotel is dated and can use updating. The front desk seemed confused about the reservation. Make sure you bring a hard copy or screen shot. Both my sister and I were told our reservation was different that what we booked. However after we showed them a copy it was corrected. Both the iron and the door lock malfunctioned. Staff were slow to fix. That said....the property is beautiful! Pools are warm and wonderful. Buffet was ok. The specialty restaurant (make reservations) was awesome. Service was amazing. Rooftop bar was spectacular. Saturday night music entertainment was enjoyable.
