X2 Vibe Phuket Patong

Great hotel very central location to everything We upgraded to deluxe as the regular rooms were pretty old and basic. The breakfast is good and offers a wide range and choice.

The hotel was great. The staff was very kind. Modern and clean hotel. The only downside was the cleaning of the hotel. It took them ages to clean so we couldn’t access our room for a while. The pool was amazing and we were close to everything. Everything was at walking distance. They also have reasonable price drinks and food as room service or by the pool.

Booked 2 bedroom villa for 3 days. No shelter from lift landing to our villa. Drenched when raining getting to our villa. Surprisingly hotel has a tiny library which gives it a little surprise. Everything is working fine in our room. Good sized private swimming pool. However master bed room bathtub and shower area is about 10cm lower then the rest of the bathroom. The step is easily missed and acts as a fall hazard. Careful with the laundry bag. On our check out, we decided to bring one home to hold our shopping stuffs. Were told we have to pay 100baht for it 😓 this is a first for us. Booked the most expensive room for 3 days and took one laundry bag home but treated like criminal . It is rare to charge for laundry bag. Maybe hotel can label it on the laundry bag then it is chargeable. Told we left a jacket in the room and check out and directed to return to the room to retrieve it. On return to the room can’t find our jacket anywhere. Returns home without the jacket. Cost 200 baht to go bangla street one way via taxi or tuktuk. 800 baht to airport. Only there because it has a villa with a good sized private pool nearest bangla street.

Excellent hotel. Great facilities and staff. The Duplex room was great with the private rooftop. Hotel was nicd and quiet. Only a few mins walk to the beach, a nice sports bar to watch the cricket and a bit more to the shops.Staff very friendly including Kim, Jane, Papang, and our room cleaner Mai. Nice fast wifi also.

X2 Vibe is truly the hidden gem of Patong Beach. The hotel is very chic and a great value resort. Only a 3-minute walk to Patong beach, but far enough away for the main strip, X2 offered a quiet and relaxing environment for my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when booking my tours and taxi's to/from the airport. The restaurant is sufficient for breakfast and lunch meals, though there are several Thai restaurants in the area that may have a cheaper menu option. However, I'd highly suggest adding the breakfast package to your reservation ahead of travels. The pool is nice and it was often quiet, good for a late-night swim. I had no issues with WiFi or safety during my stay, which was great since I was traveling alone.
