Northgate Ratchayothin

The room looks beautiful in photos and is over all. They did have amazing pillows though. It is on a very noisy street, but it does quiet down late evening. Very good location. One thing that was not so great was the towels. They smelled of mildew. I actually took them across the street and paid for them to be washed. I was so happy I did this!! The wait staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and did not smile (so unusual in Cambodia, as my experience has been so amazing with wait staff and locals)

Very nice hotel with top notch service. Please be aware of the location challenges before you book. I enjoyed my stay and found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. The morning breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. I would rate this as a 5 star property with 4 star prices. Will go back and stay here again! Recommended AAA+++. P.S. plenty of cheap cabs to take you wherever you like.

Good functional hotel with good staff

They put me in a smoking room, and it stank. The air-con was either ice cold or off, nothing in between, gym and pool both close too early and are not well maintained. Mosquitoes in the room. The bed was comfy though

Very clean, cozy. Good service . This hotel was best to me.
