Living Hotel an der Oper

The Hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of all the central tourist attractions plus all shopping areas and load of good Restaurants and Bars. There is also an underground station right next door to the Hotel if you wanted to travel a bit further or want to rest your legs. Our room was Large, Spacious and very well equipped with it's own Kitchen Space. We thought the decor in the room was a bit tired and outdated. The Reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

It was very nice. Rooms and service was excellent.

Extremely helpful staff. Complimentary water, coffee, pastries in the lobby. Excellent breakfast. Superb location right next to Karlplatz U-Bahn station. 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral; 1 block from the Opera house and 2 blocks from the Albertina museum. 5 minutes from Nachtmarkt. I would definitely stay there again due to its location, service, and quality.

It was a superior quality stay in all categories. I’m certainly staying in this hotel in m next visit.

Amazing accommodations, service, cleanliness, friendliness and awesome breakfasts. We loved it and will be back. Reception staff was exceptional, particularly Andrea, who went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, superb location. Very easy to get around by public transportation or even by walking because it was close to every tourist attraction and there's a subway station just a few steps beside the door.

Great place to stay near opera house and museums and shopping. Important for me was the easy access to the underground for transit - 3 lines at the stop right outside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nespresso and water in he lobby for the taking. Nice place to stay when you have an extended stay.
