Let's not kid ourselves. this is NOT a 4 star property, because it just doesn't have the luxury or standard of the 4 star. My comments/review is based on the assumption this is a 3 star property. Start from the good. It's located in the new town, 20 dirham to the medina on taxi if you bargain hard, or 2.5 or 4 dirham on the bus if you have the google map help to navigate. It's a big far but still walkable to the Fes train station and the shopping mall (with Carrefour supermarket and highend shopping). The room facility is basic, wifi is good. hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very basic as commented by other fellow travelers. Things need to improve: The floor is ceramic tile, very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot, especially after you take a shower. I brought a pair of flip-flops (intended for pools and beaches in Morocco but not in a hotel room) and put them to use; Also when I booked the hotel on Expedia it says all taxes and fees included, however I ended up pay extra 4 euro per night for some additional fee, it was not much but if they need to charge this fee it's better to specify clearly on Expedia. If have the right expectation and want to stay away from the madness and crowd in medina, then this is a good alternative based on its rate.

The location is very convenient for CTM bus station, especially using an early morning or late night bus. Staffs are very very kind. Just a one weak point for me is that toilet drainage was a little bit leaking.

Salle de petit déjeuner pas chauffée notre séjour se déroulait en novembre. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bains, malgr6la bonne volonté du personnel. Bien situé dans la ville nouvelle. Services à proximité.

シャワーのお湯が出ない（ぬるい）のは、フェズの寒い夜には辛かったです。お部屋はとっても清潔。従業員さんは親切です。朝食は普通でした。

フェズ駅からも歩いて行ける距離にあり、またメディナまでは約20ディルハムで行けます。ネガティブな口コミばかり目立ちましたがとてもいい宿でした。Wi-Fiもあります。朝食つきでしたが時間が合わず食べれなかったのですが、チェックアウト時にはパンを持たせてくれました。私たちの部屋は入り口に近く話し声が聞こえる等、壁は薄いかもしれません。私たちはあまり気にならなかったので、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。

Énormément de charme pour cet hôtel très typique. Un charmant jardin intérieur qui procure une quiétude très appréciable. Propreté irreprochable.

シャウエンへ日帰りする際に、ctmのバスターミナルが近いため便利です。近くにお店が少ないので駅周辺で飲み物を確保しておいた方が良いです。
