Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Staff fluent in English.

Parking is very close by buying park ticket, and parking slot just round the corner. First night no air condition, staff not quite helpful and a bit rude when I telling her no air conditioning.

The service at the hotel was amazing. They were ready and willing to help with directions, suggestions of restaurants and anything we needed. The staff was so cheerful and happy to help. The location of the hotel was perfect. 5 minute walk to the bridge and to town square. It was surrounded by shops and cafes. You cannot ask for a better location. The rooms were small but very comfortable.

Hotel was in a very central location, although upon reflection we would have preferred to stay on a street a little further away from the hordes of tourists. Bedroom was small and a bit stuffy, although the bed was very comfy, bathroom was new and everything extremely clean. Decor was nice. Breakfast was okay with a small selection of pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cereal and made to order omelettes. The breakfast room was tiny and we found it a bit uncomfortable to manoeuvre around the tables and breakfast bar. Reception was extremely friendly and so helpful with everything. Overall, perfectly adequate for our stay but nothing special - although the price seemed fair!
