Good Morning + Bad Oldesloe

Not as good as last time we stayed.

The hotel has gone a but downhill in the past few years. Fixtures and fittings are a bit tired. Not all of the rooms had the complimentary tea and coffee/kettle that is normally expected.

Such a beautiful place. Me and my family enjoyed this country style-like cozy place. We were attending a wedding party in the town, and were lucky to have your hotel as the sleep-over place.

A return customer

I stayed at this hotel last year, it was comfortable and the staff were very nice and polite. but this year the rom was uncomfortable due to the extreme heat and the lack of air conditioning or a fan. You now have to pay for parking which I think is nonsense and it completely put me off. The staff in the dining area were unpleasant and overwhelmed by their work, one had to ask for coffee everyday, also very off putting. However the staff at the front desk were pleasant, Housekeeping staff were also not good, I had no fresh towels till I mentioned it to the front desk, my brother was locked in his room from the outside by housekeeping staff. In short I will not be returning to this hotel, Bad Oldesloe is a regular destination for me as I have family living there.

Busy Place

Lucky to get a hotel room as everything was booked up. I had another room booked thru Hotels.com but they cancelled on us for no reason. We ended up getting a smoking room as no others were available. This was our biggest complaint. The room was OK. Nothing special. But nothing terrible either for a European room. Not much else around the hotel. We had to drive several miles for dinner.

ok for one night

positive and satisfied. animals are allowed. breakfast for payment 12 euros. internet for free. free parking for car. no air-cording , was a little bit hot in the room, but when window was open it was ok.

The one thing going for this hotel is its location, in that you would only really stay there if you needed to be in the area. However, it is a comfortable stay, with nice large rooms which have the basic necessities and very strong and reliable free wifi! The only somewhat negative comment I have relates to the restaurant - service is slow and the menu is limited. On some days they only have a limited buffet available but the food is edible and the plate-size generous!
