Holiday Inn Express New York City- Wall Street, an IHG Hotel

They switch my hotel to one that was 4 blocks away i had to walk luggage in tow. I get to the new hotel the room Was way smaller than what was advertised in the picture showed. The amenities were suppose to be fridge microwave wifi front desk service 24 hr. Temperature control of room. They had no microwave, no fridge the heating unit would turn off before the chill in the room would even be gone and then would not turn back on. The windows did not lock and it reeked of weed. Their were no wash clothes and the carting bin for dirty laundry was always in the front lobby with dirty towels. No one serviced the room to be cleaned or to change the sheets which is not the biggest issue in the world but compounded with the expectation of what should have been a weekend for me to recover and recoup from weeks of endless work just sucked even more energy out of me with other guests on the floor who were either smoking drugs in there room or slamming doors at 3 am in the morning. To small and it was a bait and switch scheme from the begining they offered all the amenities and after booking changed the amenities and did not allow you to cancel the booking. I will remember to take photos of every thing on my next trip.

Not to Holiday Inn hotel standard. More like hostel. Hallway narrow. Only one lift serving 20 floors. Coffee machine with no cups or coffee. Bathroom door has a specially carved out a piece so it can slide over the toilet.

I was Sent to the hotel I booked and was sent to a regular holiday in which is so beat up and small. I am Cluster phobic and completely upset I had to pay double for the same room the next day. I would admit I stayed here to anyone but I will Put it on Yelp and tell People how hotel.com was so bad I went To the hotel and was sent away. I will also tell all about holiday inn . The reputation in this city is everything.

I had to be transferred to another hotel and they charged me way more than it was suppose to be just horrible

Using this app I booked the hotel on Water St. Only to get there and be in the freezing cold for a half hour until someone was kind enough to come out and let us know it was closed for months. The maintenance man referred us to this hotel informing us it was 5 minutes away. That was the absolute worst experience but I did not want to give a bad review of this one because this location had nothing to do with the situation. However this app needs to get better at informing what’s closed and what’s not. Had this hotel not been 5 min away this could’ve been a horrible situation.

No water for drink, no restaurant, a/c broke, actually I booked other holiday Inn but they changed locations

I booked this hotel a few weeks ago, hoping for a great july 4 weekend... SURPRISE!!! As we got off our car, we were met by a staff member of the hotel and told us that the hotel has been CLOSED for 2 months!!!!!!pls EXPEDIA, UPDATE your info on all hotels!!!!!!
