Emi's Guest House

Excellent price, location was great once you find it, common area and information, books, maps, free WiFi, guides, etc... everything was clean, but my only advice would be not to book if you are one to come home or stay up late at night out of respect to other guests. My check-in was a "special" early morning check-in, but due to business I was late, got lost, and was unable to make the owner aware in time. I felt terrible and apologized sincerely, and she was understanding and still helped me go through maps of the city, transportation tips, etc. Very kind woman, and a beautiful and well kept place to stay in an excellent location, especially given the price!!! Fantastic value, I would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to be back with my wife in the future. :)

This was a convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting Rome. The host was friendly and helpful in offering transportation advice for getting around Rome. The location is very close to the Vatican and convenient by bus to other attractions in Rome. Would definitely stay here again!

This cozy, well-maintained, air-conditioned apartment is all about location situated right outside the walls of the Vatican (so yes, expect to hear the ringing of the lovely church bells daily). It has a two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen and big dining/living room area. What makes the place really special are its owners, Lianna and Emigliano. This mother/son team do their very best to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible starting with a fresh breakfast daily. Do not hesitate to ask them anything as they have lived in Rome for years and know everything about it - restaurants, places to see, bus routes, etc. For the price, this is a great place to stay in Rome. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did!

A very nice płace to stay, especially if you plan to see the City of Vatican. Just few minut walk from the St. Peter's Basilica. The house is very cosy and clean, and the owner is a charming lady who will give you all the insider's tips on your Roma visit that you could possibly need. I truly recommend the place.
