Citotel le Chantry

Very good for the price. The start of the town centre is only 500 metres away. Route 1+ bus from airport stops about 50m from hotel. The stop is right by a square with a very obvious 2nd WW memorial. Hotel happily store your bags if you are on late flight. Staff very helpful and good English. Breakfast if you buy it is continental but with a good variety compared to some places. Two types of cold meat, plenty of cheeses, pastries, bread, cereal, yoghurts, juice, coffee tea and fresh fruit. Room we had was cleaned daily with towels changed daily. Not much more than a bed and a bathroom, but hopefull you will be exploring the beautiful city!

Lovely 2 Star. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to historic center on well lighted streets. Would stay again.

Good hotel for the price, close to the pedestrian area of Bordeaux. Lots of restaurants nearby

A good, modern, clean hotel. Well located (main tourist attractions all within 15 mins walk) and free, secure parking. Nice buffet breakfast.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the past few years and always been satisfied with the amenities provided / available: 15 mins from Bordeaux centre, free parking, very friendly staff, local restaurants, trams just a few minutes away. But now with the room upgrades [new shower room, etc] we are even more likely to return on our frequent visits to Bordeaux. Our only criticism would be the fact that only one extra pillow is provided in each room. A second extra pillow would definitely be appreciated!
