Mondrian South Beach

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ROOMS NOT READY FOR CHECK IN AT 4PM, DIRTY PILLOW CASES UPON ENTERING THE ROOM, HOTEL SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA THE ENTIRE STAY, ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGEMENT WAS GIVEN A RUN AROUND AND LEFT A NOTE FOR MANAGER WITH NO REPLY OR RESPONSE.

An expensive rundown hotel. Low end service, high end prices.

The hallway carpets need to be replaced. There were ants on my balcony. Room service is for breakfast only and ends at 10:30am and the food you order from room service is bagged to go and so many times you will get no utensils or condiments. The shower head in the master bed didn’t work and the other bathroom had to be repaired when we arrived. The refrigerator did not work and just made noise most of the time.

The pool was off limits the weekend and that’s the highlight of the hotel.

Hotel service is nearly absent. Housekeeping never once replaced towels and linens. Had to call every single day as there were no towels in bathroom! Sometimes they brought them other times like calling Santa Claus

The service was HORRIBLE. This hotel is not what it used to be. There were never available chairs/lounges at the pool unless you wanted to rent a "bed" for $1,000. Insane. The shower in my bathroom was horrible and the door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel rooms are "dated" and not comfortable. I was shocked at what I paid for this short holiday weekend stay.

Coustomer service was great. Room cleanliness was not good. When we arrived there was blonde hair in the drain, toilet paper in the toilet and the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long.

Had a great time good place if you want to have fun but not if you want quiet, definitely spend the extra and get bay view, it’s magic at sunset looking over bay and city .

This place is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT book here! Their pictures are so outdated. The hotel does not look like this at all. I checked In and my room was filthy, hair in the floor and in the sink, blood on my bed, dust all over the tables. I even went down to the front desk and complain and get upgraded to a “suite” which was even worse. It was just as dirty, even worse there were ejaculation stains ALL OVER the carpet. My boyfriend and I were so disgusted we literally checked out the same day and stayed at the LOEWS which is a 10/10! Please whatever you do, do not waste your time coming to this nasty hotel. And to top it off the staff is not helpful at all. All I got was a “sorry the room was dirty”
