Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lewisburg

When I checked in I was told the gym was opened 24 hours. I have an important medical school test today and have traveled here to take it. Upon going to the gym at 4:00 a.m. I found it closed. The woman at the front desk was very rude to me and told me it didn't open until 7:00. apparently she was not informed about the gym rules and was very mean about it. Will never stay here again, since I have to travel to this area often.

Everything was excellent and the staff was very helpful

The property itself was clean, and this is one reason that we chose it. There were two disappointing staff members who wore a mask below their nose or did not wear one at all. Personality of one of the kitchen workers was poor. Furthermore, there were was no enforcement of a mask rule in public spaces. My main reason for the disappointing reading was in attention to safety precautions during the Covid pandemic. I hate addressed my concern with a counter clerk, who was wearing a mask below his nose. I spoke with him an hour later, he did not remedy the situation. Disappointing.

Easy accessible location, spacious rooms very clean safe bathrooms

I booked a suite with hotels . Com. When I got there I learned it was not a suite. So I had to rent another room on the spot out of pocket bc the hotel could not swap a room that was booked on hotels . Com. I liked the hotel so on my return trip I booked via front desk rather than using hotels.com. The front desk said that.com incendent had happened before with hotels

I was in a hearing accessible room. It was a very nice, updated room. The hotel surroundings, lobby, parking lot, pool area looked very clean. Seems they have done a lot of updating. I will be back.

Our stay was wonderful! We just stayed at a different Holiday Inn Express 2 weeks prior to this, and this property was light years better than the last. It has clearly been updated recently, nothing appeared out of date or in need of repair. The rooms were extremely clean. The pool was clean and warm, and the pool room itself was very nice. The breakfast was beyond expectation. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend! :)

Overall nice hotel. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The pool was great, and the water temperature was warm and comfortable. Due to restrictions, the hot tub is currently closed. They serve a hot breakfast until 10, and they mean 10. We got there a couple minutes before 10, and they were already closed, so we didn’t get any. So, make sure you don’t get there at the last minute.

Hotel was very up to date with all the standard amenities. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to everything. The pool was open until 11pm, warm and a decent size, the hot tub was closed due to Covid. Breakfast was good with many available options of hot and cold items and available until 10am. Staff was very friendly.
