Luxury Suites International At The Signature

The woman at check-in was very rude. We have stayed there before, but we’re treated rudely because we booked through a third party. She was also too loud. When I asked here to speak softer, she said, “I’m German, that’s just how I speak.” Also, it took 30-45mns to get our car out of valet every day.

Was never able to get the Free WiFi . Several technicians were sent out almost everday to try and fix the problem. But no luck. Had to use WiFi on my personal phone which did cost.

I would give it a very good rating except that nobody knows at the hotel that we were coming. The confirmation number was not in the reservation computer. We were told to go to tower two at first but our name was not there. They sent us to tower three hauling our luggages and when we got there our name was nowhere to be found. After they made a few phone calls we finally got in. Pls get this booking mess corrected

Love this hotel in Vegas, this our 3rd time staying and will return again!

The stay was amazing. The junior suite had a second bathroom in the. Master suit. Our son slept well on the sofa bed and the master’s king was amazing. We were too tired to go out for supper so we ordered in (the restaurant was in another tower) and the food was prompt and excellent. Also very pricey, but we were sure glad to ear in place. We had to valet park our car - no fee just tip. We had a ton of stuff to bring up to the room. A bell hop loaded up a cart and met us at our room. All service staff were excellent. Facilities also were excellent. So glad we found this place.
