When I booked this room for my husband, the description said two bedroom suite with living room and sitting area. When he arrived not only was it a ONE bedroom but they told him that they don't have two bedroom suites!! I was livid and called customer service with Orbitz and was told it was My Fault for not reading the room description!! They equate 2 beds in one room and a pull out sofa as two bedrooms!! Unacceptable and false advertising!!

Excellent service. The restaurant was incresible and handled serving during the pandemic like pros. Breakfast was top notch! We had the nicest waiter and gave us tips for traveling around town. Will certainly visit again.

Feels like it has recently been renovated. It felt spacious and very clean, uncluttered. Miss the continental breakfast but what can you do during the pandemic!!

Not perfect, but close.

Overall, great experience. Some “consumables” (towels, soap, toilet paper, etc...) were in smaller quantities than normal, but a simple trip to the front desk resolved any shortages we had. Room was huge which gave us plenty of space to stretch out. But the bed is very tall and very firm. Wife and I both had to sort of jump/climb up into the bed. And she loved how firm the bed was. I like a much softer bed and wasn’t happy with how the bed didn’t feel comfortable as soon as I got in, but I still managed to get a decent sleep. Just woke up sore is all. Room had some evidence that the room wasn’t brand new such as the towel hook literally hanging by the last screw thread and an AC unit that sounded like it was nearing the end of a hard life. Couldn’t hear much noise from the hallway despite knowing that we were far from alone on our floor. But we could hear the noise from a party(wedding?) being held 2 floors below us in one of the meeting rooms. It wasn’t enough to cause a problem for us, but if you extremely sensitive to noise, it might pose a problem. The other reviews are serious about having difficulty getting into the parking lot or finding close parking. Turn in at the Firehouse Subs and you’ll be fine. But expect to park halfway down the drive way to the Firehouse Subs. even at 5PM that’s as close as we got. Even with those defects, this will definitely be the first place we look to stay at next time we are in the area.

Tub for two

We both enjoyed Beaufort. The hotel room had a jacuzzi tub that was big enough for two. Very relaxing!!

Amazing

It was really nice and even though the people above us was super loud all night the front desk made us feel so welcomed and was very kind and probably the best service ive had in a very long time by far my favorite and best hotel ever! I cant remember the gentlmans name but he was with a younger girl who was getting trained and they are amazing
