Flemings Selection Hotel Frankfurt-City

Excellent location right outside an Underground station. Clean and excellent service. Breakfast was fantastic!

Hotel in great location. Good private parking, hotel is nice (weird shower set up). My only complaint was the room service - forget about it. Foods takes forever and it taste horrible. The 2nd time I tried to order up, took them 30 mins to tell me that food wasn’t available.

We recommend Fleming’s to everyone staff was very friendly the hotel and the hotel room was very clean and good size. Close to Frankfurt shopping and attractions. We had a great time. Thank you

Fridge in room didn’t work, asked three times fornitntonbe repaired but wasn’t repaire

The aircon in my room had broken down. No effort was made to change my room and it was 39C in Frankfurt. Nobody answered room service or reception so had to go in person to complain. The room service food quality was awful, I ordered Sea Bass and it was badly cooked. To top it all , I am covered head to to in bed bugs. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Hotel. The only saving grace was a nice member of staff in reception who told me the next day that they should have changed my room and offered me free lunch.
