Kaanapali Beach Club Resort by Diamond Resorts

Very happy with our stay here. Rooms are slightly dated, but for the price it met all of our needs with a great location and nice, spacious rooms. Loved the pool area and proximity to the beach. Employees were very friendly and we were not bothered at all by the timeshare people.

Good resort for families. The pool areas is big and they have plenty of beach chairs and cabanas for rent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only down fall is they don’t offer pool side service. You have to walk to the bar or the kitchen to order food and drinks. Having a pool waiter would be a great addition to their accommodations. There is a market and some local restaurants across the property but if you are looking for more upscale restaurants, a 10-20 minute drive will get you to one. The hotel has a very small beach area and I wouldn’t recommend it. Driving a few lights down on highway 30 will get you to the heart of Ka’anapali beach which is a very nice beach. Overall, our stay was great.

The only negative is we paid extra for an ocean view room and our view was 40 percent ocean/60 percent parking lot. Otherwise the experience was great.
