Rough stay

There was hair and dust all over the box spring. Rust on the refrigerator handle. Over all it looked clean except the bed which should be the cleanest place in the room. They had an amazing breakfast and the cook was very friendly. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. I am handicapped and the elevator went out. I was on the third floor and had to carry all my luggage down and when i tried to speak to the hotel management i waited 20 min and never came to the desk and I requested the staff to get him. Still nothing. I trier calling, they told me they would call me back and did not. Could have been a great experience but instead it really ruined my day.

Disappointing stay.

Our room was not as advertised. We had a two room suite. Main room had tv and air conditioning which was good. Second bedroom air conditioner only blew warm air and wasn’t working correctly. There was mold all over the inside of AC. There was also no TV in the second bedroom. There was an unpainted outline of a TV that used to be there on the wall. The walls had holes in it. Main entrance closet had a huge hole like someone had put a bat to it. There was no phone in the room to call front desk. There were no alarm clocks. The desk chair was extremely torn up and falling apart. The pull out bed was stained yellow and brown. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. We decided to to not use it. We had our son sleep on the couch and my daughter slept on the floor with the extra cushions. Second entrance to hotel by the outdoor bar was broken and would not lock. Anyone could go in and out. Main entrance is a single regular door compared to the usual standard sliding doors of hotels. This made it difficult to go in and out of the hotel with bags and luggage. if anyone else was coming opposite way, it was impossible to get through. Staff was nice and very respectful. Our rooms carpet was very stained and dirty with what looked like old food. layout of the room was difficult to navigate. There were end tables blocking you from opening closets. pullout bed hit the desk. So you had to move the desk and furniture around to use. Took pics to send to corporate. Will not stay again.

Great stay.

The staff was professional. The hotel had a clean smell when you walked in. I've used the hotel in the past and will continue to use it again.

Great one night stay

I visited with kids and grandparents. We ended up with a 2 queen suite which included fridge, stove, micro. Only stayed one night so didn’t get to use it but room was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basics available but still good. The usual egg, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt etc. I would stay here again as we felt safe and it’s a great location to the beach, walking distance.

Nice staff, rundown hotel

The hotel was in major need of upgrading. The mattresses were in terrible conditions (we had a suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa). There were no sheets or pillows provided with the pullout and we couldn’t call downstairs to ask for more because we had no phone in our room. Front desk said they only had one pillow left to give us and no fitted sheet for the additional bed. The staff were friendly but our room was not one we will come back to. Our windows faced the neighboring pool and Peking lot and the blinds were not blackout so we had bright parking lot pole lights shining in our windows all night. We chose this hotel because we have 4 children under the age of 8 and needed enough space for everyone.

Perfect location on island! Yards away from the beach. You can walk there or as crazy as it sounds drive directly on the beach! The room was renovated, all appliances were new. But you can hear from time to time the neighbors walking around. And the breakfast was sufficient.
