Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

Appeared some areas of the room had not been cleaned. Smelled like cigarettes and weed at certain points in the room as well as in the parking lot.

Dated property with weird smells. But the service was amazing. Everyone was helpful and happy. And they gave me a ride to the airport! The area is just ok. Not a lot nearby. But the restaurant next door was great!

The service was very good. My wife and I were annoyed because we kept smelling someone smoking marijuana. I guess this is just the rotted culture we live in now, but it is not pleasant to be smelling it every 5 minutes.

The gentleman that checked us in Friday night was extremely nice and helpful. The rest of the stay was not. The hotel is not in a great part of town and shares a parking lot with a bar & grill. At night we did not feel safe with the amount of people walking around there. Also, homeless had setup a little "camp" area in the field next to the hotel. Saturday morning I went out to my vehicle to get a bag I had forgot and there were 2 homeless people obviously on something walking around and looking in cars. The hotel needs a serious deep clean. The elevator was disgusting and wasn't touched all weekend as the same toothpick flosser was on the ground along with caked on dirt. We were in the area for a youth basketball tournament and had quite a bit of time in between games and unfortunately had to find things in Indy to do because we didn't want to be at the hotel more than we had to. We ultimately chose this hotel because it was Big Ten Tourney weekend so the other hotels were priced outrageous and near capacity. In the end, I guess we got what we paid for.

Room was nice. Could hear people upstairs. Housekeepers knocked well before check out. Was worth the value.

Great Hotel and Wondeful Staff I purchasex 2 rooms and they did the best to accomodate me

The room I stayed in had an additional jacuzzi tub which was wonderful because I was in the area due to my granddaughter being in the hospital. It was nice to be able to relax in the tub. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. They offered us a late checkout time since we arrived so late in the evening. A little disappointed there was no breakfast because that was one reason we chose the hotel. Items such as packaged muffins, yogurt, juices and bagged fruit could still be offered safely. There was coffee so that was nice but juice could be offered in the same manner. I will definitely choose this hotel above any other in the area. We stay in Indy several times throughout the year and it's nice to know how clean it is and how friendly the staff is.

The hotel smelled like smoke when we walked in. Even our room smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes. Also they were not serving togo breakfast, all they had was horrible coffee.
