Good hotel
The hotel was nice, the room was roomy, and the place was clean. There was one thing that I wasn't happy at all. They asked for my credit card number for security purpose when I checked in and I didn't ask for anything because it was a standard procedure for every place. One week later when I checked my credit card statement, I found that they charged the room fee on my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I have paid the price in full when I reserved the room on Hotels.com and I don't have to pay any other additional fee when I checked it. So I made a long distance call from Canada to their front counter and told them why they made a charge on my credit card, fortunately, they were friendly and found out that they made a mistake and they have refunded the fee back to my credit card. At lease they have to inform me BEFORE they made any charge on my card. What happen if I didn't check my credit card statement? Anyway, their breakfast was nice and this hotel was above the average. We had a good time here.

Excellent hotel for the price
Stayed for two nights and upon check in asked to have my room switched to two double beds. The front desk was wonderfully pleasant and accommodated my request. Breakfast was good and the food was hot from start to finish.

This was a last minute booking and first time at a SpringHill Suites. I was so impressed! The staff was friendly and truly seemed happy we were there. The breakfast was great! Waffles, oatmeal, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and lots of other options. The pool was smaller than I expected, but still loved by my six year old. I enjoyed the hot tub. There are a lot of food places just across the street and more down a little ways for lunch and dinner. The place was spotless and our room was cozy. I loved the couch area. The water pressure in the shower was so nice! I would definitely stay again!
