Cocca's Inn & Suites Wolf Rd, Albany Airport

With covid travel has been iffy. There was no continental breakfast. They had grab and go bags. Which in our case consisted of a granola bar, small bottle of water and a moldy clemintine orange each day of our stay.

We arrived and had to put a $200 eeposit down. Got to pur room to find cockroaches in and around the spa tub. I called the office and they gave us another room and tried to tell us that they weren't cockroaches but stink bugs! We know the difference and they were definitely roaches. Will never stay again!

Small rooms but dose the purpose. It is a little pricey for the room size. Close to the mall. Because of location, getting the car in and out is dangerous as it’s entry and exit is close to a main road and very close to a traffic light

First off when we arrived at our room it did not have the best smell. The room below us had music playing so loud at night that we couldn’t sleep. No one on staff seemed to care. We also had to give them a $100 CASH deposit because they would accept a credit card. I can’t remember the last time we had to leave a deposit for a room.

It was a horrible stay! The first room we were given was not the room we paid for. We paid for a deluxe room with an accessible bathroom and shower stall (my wife has hip issues that make getting into and out of a normal tub difficult.). Not only did the first room not have the shower stall as advertised it was about half the size overall. I went to the front desk to address this and i was told that was the correct room despite it not looking like any of the pictures in the ad. I further pushed back saying it was most certainly not the room we paid for (there is a difference of about $30 between the regular room and the deluxe.) So finally the front desk clerk said she would move us rooms to a much larger one with two queen beds. After finding this second room we open the door and the room was not turned down at all. All the bedding was in a pile on a chair in the middle of the room, completely unacceptable. So I go back to the front desk. Finally after talking with the clerk we move rooms again. This room thankfully was the one we stayed in. This room was fine and while still not the room we paid for we had an extra bed and the room was far bigger. However this room wasn't without it's problems. the A/C was left on full blast and it was 54 degrees in the room when we entered it. We also never got that shower stall we paid for... Overall a bad experience and would not stay again.

Totally horrible from check in. I requested to pay at hotel. She informed me that if they try and charge your card before hand, and it doesn’t go thru they cancel your reservations. Room was TINY. No shower even though there is a shower head. The toilet paper was almost gone when I got into it. The sink faucet top came off, didn’t get local channels. Fight in the parking lot with corn starch thrown everywhere and 2 cop cars.

It was a bit alarming walking into the entrance area with all the tables in front of where the clerk was when she apparently had a mask and there was also a find it Rosie barrier that was plexiglass the tables were unnecessary and made me feel like the clerks were afraid of me because she was behind the plexiglass she could have easily been protected without the need to throw something across the table to get to me to sign they could have come up with a touchless weigh

Is a fine enough place to lay your head for the night. Bathroom smelled of body oder, but front desk employees were very kind. Requires a $100 deposit for pets.

Reserved a room weeks in advance but site didn’t allow for requests. Upon check in, it was after 5pm, requested a room on ground floor. Was assigned a room then went to room. Wasn’t even ready, like being remodeled. Room was is dis array. Returned to desk and got another room. She gave me the key and said go check if this room is ready. ? Went to the next assigned room and it wasn’t ready. Bed was still unmade and needed cleaning. Returned to desk and she said I would get an upgraded room. I checked in that room and it looked decent. A few hours later I took a shower. Barely luke warm water. Not a good experience at this hotel.
