Excellent Stay
Once again my stay at the Arjaan was perfect. Spacious accommodation with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Also easy access into the shopping mall with good food outlets, a Carrefour supermarket and a cinema ! The staff are amazing from the doorman, valet parker, check in people to the housekeeping staff they are all super friendly & welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them, always happy & smiling. Rotana are to be commended on the training of their staff. Highly recommended.

Mini Honeymoon made wonderful by hotel.
A wonderful and memorable trip for my son and his wife, who has never left the Philippines. They absolutely loved everything about this hotel from excellent service to a dreamy bed.

Superb stay!
Had a short but superb stay at this hotel on a layover in DXB. Hotel is connected to the Burjurman Mall which made it convenient for all the usual offerings, including a money changer. Operation hours of the pool could be extended as I was turned away at 7:30 pm when the posted operation hours were until 8 pm.

I was so impressed by one Mr Hayat. A room service and cleaner, he supposed to clean my room on my birthday, he noticed that my birthday was 14 , surpriseingly hr dropped a birthday note for me through my children, I was amazed.. he impressed me
