I didnt like that they charge extra for parking hour car and thennthe parking lot closes early so you pay but really cant take your car out late or bring it back in the parking lot.

The food was mediocre at best where as elsewhere on this trip the food in Mexico was consistently great.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and excellent location and price.

Tienen una gran necesidad de entrenamiento en el área de servicio al cliente, los aires acondicionados no sirven y otros no tienen.

Everything was good. I like the location but no parking for my car.

The building itself was beautiful, reception/hallways/rooms were all very ornate etc. However small details like the toilet seat being poorly attached, towel rail very loose and toilet chain system leaking when used really let it down. The staff were unresponsive and could have been friendlier, especially in comparison to another local hotel we used. The restaurant on the top floor - though a separate company - was hopeless, food is average and again staff/service was poor, also noise can be heard in the top floor rooms from the restaurant. Also the top floor can suffer from restaurant guests walking around the hallways, one example being children knocking on doors and running away. We mentioned this to reception but they just shrugged it off. Wouldn’t stay here again

Very uncomfortable bed. Had to ask for bed sheets to get changed because they were not very clean and there where hairs on them.

They have at rooftop restaurant and is so noisy. They góceme a room by the kitchen was so noisy . It is a good hotel beautiful an very clean but was hard to sleep due to the cookers talking and restaurant coming putt from the elevator the hot Rey l have echoe

Muy céntrico y hermoso y la terraza tiene un restaurante donde los desayunos están deliciosos y a buen precio

La limpieza de la habitacion la hicieron despues de las 3 de la tarde, una pantalla o tv super chiquita ita que ni sentido tiene, no tiene clima, el ventilador mal instalado en la habitacion 127 hace ruido como si se fuera a caer mismo ruido que no te deja dormir. Las lamparaz de la cabecera mal instaladas una ni el interruptor funcionaba.
