Se supone k este hotel ,tiene todos Los servisios,primero no proven agua ,y para k te Dan caffetera,si no te dan caffe azucar o nada,el hotel esta muy Bonito,fue lo unico k no me gusto.

Staff were friendly and helpful and flexible, especially during our stay which occurred when Covid 19 was dramatically unfolding in Canada. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation in half, but I will return next year, hopefully!

We liked the quiet location and palapas on the beach. Only negatives were : No shampoo provided No “do not disturb” signs to put on the door Loud techno pop music sometimes played by bartender around the pool/bar area. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff at the restaurant and bar were great, can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our service from Carlos at the bar and Oscar and Noeli at the restaurant. Personable and so nice to our big group of 4 families staying there. The pool area and beach were wonderful, clean and relaxing. The room was dated and showing wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms. We didnt get cleaning service one day and our room had no facecloths or hand towels the whole week. We had only 2 bath towels a couple days and had to go to the front desk for more as we were a family of 4. Our realtives across the hall had no cleaning issues and even had their dishes done each day for them which never happened for us. So some inconsistent cleaning of rooms for sure. Our view was obstructed by a tarp most of the week which was meant to block work being done. Between the tarp and the workers we didnt get to spend mich time on our patio. Overall this was a lovely place and as we weren't in our room much the issues there didn't detract too much from an otherwise great vacation.

Great pool The beach in front of hotel is really nice Great for swimming in the ocean Great beach for walking Twenty to twentyfive minutes walk to restaurants etc. The staff are all very helpful and friendly

Pleasant stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay but became a little grumpy when they offered us free water at check-in but I had to pay for it when it didn't arrive. The property needs repair but shower pressure, hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant and reasonably priced. It is well located with restaurants close by but a car is recommended.

Under Construction and I understood this when booked the hotel. However the hotel was empty maybe only 4 rooms that looked occupied. Yet they placed us right next to the construction and they were banging hammers right at 8:00 am sharp. Would never stay there again.

The room was uncomfortable the beds are like sleeping on hard lumber. For some this may be ok but not for us. The handle on fridge and cabinets were dirty we had to wipe them down. The showers sprayed water so hard that it almost hurt and especially for my daughter. Some of the pictures are quite decieving. We were offered another room same thing we were also offered a promo card which we chose not to use. I took pics that I will be sharing and I will be contacting expedia again. PS there is no laundry there they do laundry twice a week for a price. Too much to say not enough time. I would definatley never stay here again was awful.

Staff are amazing, helpful , friendly, right on the beach which they raked every morning . Happy hour was most of the day, restaurant had enough variety, only downside is a little walk to restaurants
