Elegantly decorated neutral shades with carefully selected furnishings, light fixtures and artwork this apartment is a hidden gem and we know you will love staying here. The shared living and dining area is so spacious and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the vibrant city. The living area features a large L shaped sofa positioned perfectly in front of the big screen TV or step out on to the balcony and get lost in the community views with the glistening Downtown Dubai in the distance. There is an enclosed kitchen which is sleek and modern, equipped with everything you may need to whip up some gourmet meals at home which you can then enjoy at the elegant dining table set for four. The spacious bedroom features and oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself laying in a little longer than usual. In the bathrooms you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.
The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
