I enjoyed my stay there they are very welcoming place to stay

Pets stay free - yea! Plus the beds wer very comfortable - that is "firm"

Manager and wife on site - Very friendly and accommodating. They also offer free stay for your pets. Reasonable pricing. Restaurants are nearby and a convenient store within walking distance.

I hate to leave bad reviews, because I know my situation could be a one-off incident. But there were p*nis enhancement pills containers left in the room, old tea bags in the kuerig, no soap, and the housekeeping completely disregarded our do not disturb sign and tried barging into our room at 8am. Thankfully the hinge deadbolt thing stopped them from entering. Scared us to death while we were sleeping. Management reached out and said they would take corrective action.

0 stars nasty, was given a dirty room with urine crusted on the toilet and the sheets had stains and hair, after calling desk the lady brought up a key to another room, was barely better, stained sheets nasty bathroom with crusted soap in shower, the floors had huge gaps in them my daughter tripped over them and fell. The refrigerator kept us up all night it kept rumbling loudly, and all hours of the wee morning loud banging was heard in the hall ways! Traveler be warned!!! Stay away!!! The bed mattress was awful as well!

We stayed just one night but we were pleased with the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and our room. Comfotable bed with staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee available in am was great. Only thing negative was no lights beside bed which seemed unusal for a hotel room. Would definitively stay again and price was great with no extra charge for our dog which is a big plus!

Place is filthy. The pool was green with algae on the surface of the water. There were cigarette butts everywhere. The room smelled like an ashtray even when they claim that it is a smoke free room. The bathtub was dirty(stained) we ended up having to shower with flip flops on. The keycard sleeve they gave us was all bend and used (not very clean with all this COVID-19) going around. Will not be staying here again.

Front desk was nice. 1st room had no heat, had to switch. No towels in either room, no soap or shampoo. Had to ask. Both rooms had very tacky floors ... like dirty water was used to mop. Finally I used a wash cloth to clean the floors so my slippers weren’t sticking to the floor with each step. Looks like they are trying to rehab the place but too many small things were overlooked. It seemed they were very short staffed and the lady that helped us all four days of our stay was a bit overwhelmed. But she was sweet and did her best to help us. Pool was dark green... frogs loved it at night!

Dirty. Dogs roaming indoor hallways, barking, fighting. Toilet not properly installed. TV remote would only work if you pointed it behind dresser which blocked it. Too few towels. No breakfast. Dirty. Felt dangerous. Front desk guy nice but that couldn't overcome the negatives which were many. Don't stay here.

This is obviously a recently converted motel to the Red RoofFamily. The hallways were not vacuumed during our entire stay and were filthy. The rooms were very basic and the window do not open for ventilation. The only reason we were there was we evacuated from Orange Beach due to Hurricane Sally.
