Great location!

Got a newly renovated room 311 which is really nice and quiet. But because it’s tucked away in the corner wifi signal is really bad and almost non existent. Everything else in the room is fabulous though and really value fir money given how new it is! Parking is really limited and if they run out of space you’ll have to try your luck in the non reserved parking slots and pay by the hour.

The location is superb - we easily walked to all the major sites. The hotel architecture is innovative. The staff was extremely helpful.

Short staffed

Short staffed miserable staff generally and no concept of service. Not welcoming at check in. No restaurant only breakfast which was limited. Very little of anything and had to be served at buffet. Couldn’t even make toast. No tea and coffee in bedroom and very poor pillows. Won’t return.

disappointing

The parking advertised was full at the time, for their privatized area and the public part. The place is anyway only for small car and cannot accommodate large car/SUV. Very bad service when asking the reception for help and recommendation for alternative. Finally had to spend 30mn finding a car park on the street. Location is good, but place is cheap and the rooms very basic, with poor service. Will not stay again.

Wonderful hotel with great location

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful room with Terrasse😀 facing inside the courtyard. We enjoyed this very much. The service was impeccable, they even stored our bicycles in a very nice spot. Breakfast buffet was very generous. We had twice a dinner there which we also enjoyed a lot. Our server Eleonora was wonderful.

Simplemente Comodo y bello Hotel. Buen precio, bien localizado. ; restaurants etc . Farmacia a unos metros para hacerte el COVID test para salir del pais si es el caso.

Refusal to use aircon on hot days

The hotel advertises air conditioned rooms but refused to turn on the air conditioning despite repeated requests over a 3-night stay. With temperatures 28C (84F) the rooms were stuffy and hot, and we needed to open windows to sleep at night. Every morning, you could see at least a third of the rooms with open windows, and we know we were not the only ones complaining. Street noise would begin around 6:30am - between the heat and the early noise, it was very difficult to get a good nights rest. Most disappointing was the staff's consistent reaction to our requests for air conditioning - "don't worry sir - it will be on the next time you visit." Sorry NH - there won't be another visit. Incredibly disappointing for a hotel advertised as four stars.
