Ramada by Wyndham Branson

Old hotel could use some updating. Room was clean but the outside grounds not so much. Off the main road in Branson although not far. It’s a non smoking room but outside the room is old dirty seats and ash trays around every corner outside. Smelled like cigarettes. Would not stay here again.

It was clean but very old and the beds were not comfortable at all .

The landscaping and pool area were nice. Ice machine room on second floor was unkempt with a ice machine and candy machine not working. Some debris and storage materials in breezeway on second floor. The rooms are a bit out dated. The bed was comfortable. The first room given had a broken toilet set, so was given a second room.

This hotel was a bit dated, but it was I. A great location and still well maintained. The only reason I didn’t give it too marks across the board was the A/C did not work properly and it didn’t blow very hard. It wasn’t reported due to the fact we were too tired to worry about it. It was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Far enough away from the strip for a quiet stay, but still close enough to be convenient. Front desk staff was quite helpful at check-in. A true hidden gem.

1) I thought that this hotel is non-smoking area, but there are the smoke ash tray is outside of each rooms. When the person stand outside of the rooms, I could not hold my breath when I walked pass the person who stand beside the ask try. It should go over 100 feet from the hotel building. 2) The ice/vending at second floor is out of order, then I went upstairs to 3rd floor and the ice/vending room was so so hot that I can 't enter the room to get ice. 3) The bed lamp at the left side beside the window is not working. I tried to change the bulb from other lamp to the left side lamp of bed and still not working. 4) The breakfast was so simple, No beacon,, ham, hashbrown potatoe and etc. Many hotel had free breakfast that include everything (beacon. sausage, ham, hashbrown potato and etc. The waffle tasted like cheap 5) Also there is no 24 hours front desk. I has to check out at 5 AM but the lobby won't open till 6:30 AM. I called the assistance on the phone and waited for 15-20 mins to come to the lobby to open for us to return the room card/key and I did not get the receipt when I checked out.
