Faultless service from all the staff, modern rooms, parking and a great breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.

Limited facilities available, poor & very limited menu items, insufficient staff to meet the service needs of the dining room, incorrect food provided with hot breakfast served cold. We chose to dine out after the first night's disappointing meal

Beautiful location to the beach and main street

Terrible non hyginec spiderwebs inside the room definitely not worth the price... Not even 3 star. We were booked for 4 nights unfortunately stayed only 3 nights. Couldn’t even breathe it triggered my asthma . we will never go back to Mantra again.

We stayed in the Heritage building which is a little dated - some furnishings and plumbing need an upgrade. Shower over bath quite awkward to get in and out. Location to the beach is the winner.

After the ring of steel came down in Victoria, i ttok a weekend away to Lorne, chosing the Mantra. I had a ground floor apartment when i actually booked one with a balcony, turns out they were fully booked, the state of te room was quite dirty, the coffee table was dirty, the back of the tv xabinet, not sure when it was last vacuumed, the pull down blinds were quite old and dirty, window sills dusty, alerted reception, however got the impression they were not interested. For a 4 star hotel this is disappointing when you consider we are post covid and being in lockdown for the lenģth of time Victoria endured, there was ample time to clean and freshen up. A disappointing experience as this hotel was recommended to me by people who have previously stayed. The accomodation was not cheap so i would have expected better.

Bit disappointed that restaurant and room service were not available to guests due to covid when restaurants on main st were all operating. Prices should have been reduced due to limited services including no room cleaning during stay) Had expired milk in the room fridge (which was happily replaced )

Great COVID practices and very close to central Lorne strip. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Appreciated the pre-arrival call to detail about the stay and details around COVID setup.

Close to beach . I paid over 300 for night.. looked old and smelly . Small room .utensils were old . room was and cleaned everyday probably because of corona .

Mantra Lorne is in the best position in Lorne, lovely grounds & 30 second walk to the beach. Erskin House part is very old but clean. the indoor pool is great, very clean. The staff are so helpful, welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed our few days there.
