Charged for items I didn't order or authorize
Upon check in at 10pm, my room wasn't ready. It took longer than it should have to check in b/c they had to get me assigned to a different room. We ordered room service just before 1030 and it took an hour to get our food. Understandable for a Saturday night, but when the food came it was cold. Actually COLD. On top of that, the long island, was...no idea what it was. At 8am the next morning when we checked out I told the front desk that I didn't want to pay for the terrible meal and incorrect drink order. She pulled up my room and there was a charge for dining that we didn't even order. Someone used our room number (by mistake I hope) and charged almost $50 to it. She took the order off and said that she would take care of my incorrect order. Well, here is it a week later, and I was charged for both the incorrect drink and cold meal that I ordered AND the dining order that we didn't authorize or order. Still waiting for F&B to contact me and get the charges reversed. I'm not familiar with the area at all. There is no parking except valet with a mandatory $27 per night charge. There is a nice LARGE gym facility connected. I didn't have time to use it, so I'm not sure if that cost exta. Also a couple of nice pools that we also didn't get a chance to use, but they looked nice.

We booked 2 rooms several months in advanced. We booked a King bed room and a 2 double beds room.Upon arriving we were given 2 rooms with King Bed. When we explained we need 2 double beds for the 2 children with us to sleep in and their mother to sleep in the other double bed we were given 2 twin beds.Hotels.com even called on our behalf and the person they spoke to was very rude and insisted that they had nothing else to give us. This is unacceptable and it is VERY doubtful we will stay here again.

Just so-so for sure. Basic. Took them multiple tries to get my roomservice order correct; only coffee mind you. And because it’s a Club Sport any time at the pool is basically at a gym pool? Very weird and unwelcoming unless you’re doing laps etc... the staff however is very nice so I will def give hem that
