Holiday Inn Longview - North

Beautiful property, great service, nice room. Highly recommend.

Away for most part of both days spent, really just slept there. Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Would have liked continental breakfast on Sunday morning. Desk person was very nice, she looked at me when she spoke to me.

Couldn't take a hot bath to soak my injured leg in. Water never got hot. And was not advised about their breakfasts arrangements. Waitress put tickety on Our table when she asked if we had vouchers. We said no. The bill was 7.95 for breakfast. Of which all was cold. And mind you this is at 7;30 am. The booklet in our room about hotel said nothing of breakfast vouchers. And we were on top of a banquet room with class reunion. Heard lpud music until after midnight. Aftet 146 dollars tax and all 18 dollars for breaskfast. I couldve stayed at any of a notther dozen hotels and paid 69-89 and got complimentary breakfast. There were other hotels in that price range with better ratings. But I thought Holiday Inn, well known name.

I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet was not included in the cost of the room. My family and I travel twice a year and always stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and have been doing so for the last 3 years. This is the first time the breakfast has not been included. Very disappointing!!!

Very nice for business since this is in the downtown area of Longview.
