Harborside Inn Of Boston

The location is great within short walk of historic section, good restaurants, Quincy Market and Museum. Car parking about a block away with discount $39.00 for 24 hours. Room is very large we had 207 and 209 (had bigger TV). There was a bar and coffee place downstairs that opened at 7. Starbucks near by as we're done very good restaurants. Staff did not offer help with luggage and the heater did not function well , no microwave,coffee or tea . I would stay there again but would bring a water heater to have tea in the morning.

Great location, helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Our room was just the right size snd the bathroom was clean. We did not have an exterior window, but looked in at the central vestibule area. We were just steps ftom Faneuil Hall, shops, restaurants and taverns...we would definitely go back.

Terrible nights sleep. Extremely loud right over bar where people were loudly talking outside until middle of night, then construction started few hours later. Also heat didn’t work- only option for it blasting at 80 or off. Lights barely functioned. If you need a place to crash and will be out partying, it’s fine, but definitely skip it if you need goods night sleep. This is my first time ever complaining about a hotel, but it was truly my worst night stay in my life.

Quick getaway for my husband and I. Can’t beat the price for the center of all the action in Boston! Excellent location, staff is friendly, and room was great. We use spot saver or spot finder (my husband has the app!) and parking is a breeze. We were right across the street for under $20. It’s a hidden gem hotel for sure!

The location of this hotel is great. Next to all downtown attractions. The front desk staff needs more training in initiative to retain business. Staff member couldn’t offer upgrade to my room because I made the reservation online third party. The manager has to come out. Housekeeper was helpful and friendly. Front desk personnel could use some uniforms.
