Amazing!!! Look that shower pressure is on point. The room was very clean and the carpet was nice too. I will definitely be back. The biggest plus was no spring breakers!!!!!

Very happy with the hotel since the remodel a couple of years ago. Everything worked well and the front desk people were very accommodating in helping to solve a couple of minor issues (financial).

Hotel common areas are very clean however our room was cleaned once in 5 days and not on the day we requested. Front desk is very helpful . However they were either not able or unwilling to change our room to a larger room. Our King room was tiny between 2 large valises and refrigerator Not too much room to walk around

The front desk staff wasn’t too friendly but check in was easy. The room was so small there was nowhere to sit but on the bed, not even a small table on the empty porch. We had to cross a very busy street to access the front desk and pool. The continental breakfast was packaged goods but the coffee was fresh and hot at least! For what we paid (including unexpected resort fees) I wish we’d stayed somewhere else. The room was so small it would be better for a single occupant

The hotel is beautiful & clean. Great location..However, our check in experience was horrible. I was the birthday woman and got the smallest room. We all had issues checking in. They couldnt find none of our reservations. We had to pull up the confirmation on hotels.com. Too pricey for such poor customer service. They also tried to charge my card after my fiance paid with his.

I’ve never had service so bad at a hotel. Honestly it’s so widespread it just needs new management more than likely.

Great bed--so comfortable--I had a hard time leaving. I love the wallpaper in the bathroom. It was nice to have a fridge to use for our leftovers--although it is usually a mini-bar. After 3 nights, I couldn't stand being in a room that doesn't get cleaned! We asked to switch rooms--thanks so much for allowing that. Sure, we can make our own bed and gather up old towels to exchange for fresh ones....but the garbage was overflowing with no garbage bags to take out. Stinky apple cores, take-out containers from your restaurant....and then the floor had sand and lint and a few crumbs and it was just getting gross in there. I sure hope that you will resume the housekeeping service soon--especially since prices did not go DOWN. We easily took the stairs to avoid the elevators for corona--and they were very clean. The restaurant had the best home-made pizza we'd ever had, and we owned a restaurant for 10 years! Really good food and pretty good service. (Although the new 20% service charge on everything you eat or drink was quite high--even when we got take-out we'd have to pay that insane service charge. Will that go away after the pandemic?) The pool was so big. Beautiful. (But way too hot--85 is good, you must have it set to 90--I know because we have a pool--you want it to be refreshing when it is 83 outside. It was really hot.) The beach is grand and the reason we keep going back to South Beach (or Mid-Beach) is for the wonderful boardwalk. But construction. :(

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid $750 PLUS resort fees, for an “Oceanfront” room...which is actually pool front. DO NOT BELIEVE HOTELS.COM or CADILLLAC ****BAG HOTEL. The hotel is “ok” in cleanliness. The staff is “ok” We took names and info of 3 other guests and have started a class action lawsuit for theft by deception. One was promised ocean view, and had a view of the ALLEY!! The others were promised OCEANFRONT and got pool front. This is not new to them. They do it DAILY.

There are daily taxes that tagged on about 50 dollars per day—did not know this until check out. Room service is not available (I think with COVID) but I had to literally run after people to get towels/TP since guest services didn’t answer calls. Beautiful hotel and good food. Right on the beach. Donna Mare connected—food good/service awful.
