Excellent food and great service and location

Firstly the location is fantastic as it is opposite the back of the train station and extremely easy to lug your luggages along . Being opposite the train station provides the additional convenience should you need to take a day tour or travel to other parts of Italy or Europe. It is within walking distance to shopping areas and the museums. Rooms are a generous size and buffet breakfast is good. Staff are efficient and polite. For Chinese guests, there are 2 Chinese restaurants just beside the hotel should you crave for Chinese food. The rooms may seemed a bit dated but the location, generous room size makes it great .

Usually stay here on business trips, good location close to the station and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and interesting places

The location is ok, and the breakfast is good. The walls are thin and i could here other rooms.

I stayed in a room for one. Tiny room and small bed. Clean, good breakfast and you are practically on the tram to the airport. Would stay in a room for two the next time. Nice appetizer buffet before dinner

Our rooms air conditioning wasn't working. Very hot. Our room was full of mosquito's

The hotel was centrally located, within easy walking distance of all main attractions which was really handy. However, I wouldn’t say this is a four star hotel, and the pictures are nothing like what we got for a room. The room was tired, with cracks in walls throughout, there was mould in the shower and the walls had splatters of bugs. There was even a section of the wall which had what looked like blood smeared. We complained to the hotel who said that if we really weren’t comfortable they could see if there were any other rooms available but weren’t sure they’d be able to accommodate us. In the end we ended up staying in the room but expected that some bits would be cleaned (ie the blood); unfortunately it wasn’t.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel; very good location with a tasty restaurant nearby and good walking distance to sightseeing points as well

The hotel was at good location. But it’s not very clean.

Although our room was not ready at check-in and we we’re told we would be notified but didn’t, we really enjoyed our stay. Our next door neighbors had an issue with a cleaning staff so keep your important belonging with you at all times or store them in the safe. Over all we really enjoyed the cleanliness and service of this hotel. Great breakfast.
