Ameron Hotel Regent

Very clean and well designed. Service was ok, as some were not so welcoming, especially waitresses at the breakfast. The breakfast was good.

The staff were very nice and the overall service was great. The rooms were well kept and the location was great. My only issue would with the stay is that I wish I had been informed about the price of breakfast, which came as a bit of a shock when checking out (as someone who was on a personal trip rather than a business). However, I would happily stay there again.

Excellent hotel good location

The staff including the front desk staff was exceptional accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast could use a bit of improvement. The location was great (about 6 km to city center). I must commend the front desk manager who was very understanding and respectful as well as very accommodating.

This was advertised to us with free parking. It was not free - it cost us EUR 20 per day! They mixed up our rooms so the single got the double room and the couple got the single room. The air con did not work in our room on one of the hottest days of the year! And to make matters worse, there is no way to open the windows to get some fresh air in. It was therefore sweltering and incredibly stuffy in our room and I had a headache all night. WORST NIGHT'S SLEEP EVER!!!
